Why don't I see any memories?
AgeEcho shows photos from the current date in previous years. If you don't have photos from today's date in past years, try changing the date using the date picker. Also ensure you've granted photo library access in Settings > AgeEcho > Photos.
How does Age Compare work?
Age Compare finds photos of one person when they were the same age as another person is today. For example, if your child is 5 years old, it will find photos of you from when you were 5. Add family members with their birthdays, then select two people to compare.
Why aren't my family members syncing?
Family profiles sync through iCloud. Make sure you're signed into iCloud on all devices with the same Apple ID, and that iCloud is enabled for AgeEcho in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
Can I see photos from shared albums?
Yes! AgeEcho searches both your personal photo library and shared iCloud albums for memories.
How do I delete a family member?
Go to the People tab, swipe left on the person you want to remove, and tap Delete.
